Community Weekend
If you want to get involved at St. Rita, you won’t want to miss Community Weekend! Late every summer our St. Rita family gathers to celebrate the upcoming year of ministry and service. In a spirit of celebration and service we share with each other all the ministries and opportunities St. Rita Catholic Community offers. At Community Weekend, you will be able to learn more about all the ways you can get involved and serve God and your neighbor in and through St. Rita Catholic Community. All of our ministries and fellowships will be on display. Come and learn more about St. Rita, and find ways to belong to this wonderful parish family!

Garage Sales
St. Rita Catholic Community has two very successful garage sales every year.

First, The Parish Partnership Garage Sale is usually held in late winter or early spring. This project is organized and run by the members of the Parish Partnership Committee in conjunction with and for the benefit of our sister parish, St. Mary of Carmel.

Second, The Holy Spirit Circle Garage Sale is held in the fall and is organized and run by the ladies of the Holy Spirit Circle. Dates for the 2010 sale have not yet been set, so watch the weekly bulletin and check the News and Announcements page on our website for more information.

Both of these worthy projects are made possible by the volunteer help of many members of the St. Rita Community.

Lessons and Carols
Every December the Choirs of St. Rita Catholic Community welcome the entire parish and surrounding community to Lessons and Carols. This beautiful worship experience of scripture and sacred music, fit for the seasons of Advent and Christmas, is a wonderful opportunity for the people of our community to set the spiritual tone for celebrating the birth of Christ!

The St. Rita Parish Picnic
Every year late in the spring we gather as a parish family for our annual parish picnic. Food, games, music, and fun are the name of the game every year as things warm up! At St. Rita we love to come together as a family of believers, enjoying God’s creation and fellowship. Bring yourself, your friends, and the whole family for our parish picnic, a beloved celebration for the whole community!
