Faith Formation

“Every good and true Christian should understand that wherever one may find the truth, it is the Lord’s.”
-Saint Augustine

We never stop growing in faith! Being a Christian means being open to truth and being committed to ceaseless prayer and constant learning. We live our lives in faith, hope, and love, growing more every day until, as Paul said, “Christ is formed” in us (Galatians 4:19). At Saint Rita we are dedicated to being a community of love and of learning. We are disciples who diligently search for truth and the will of God. We are faithful to the truth as it is spoken in Christ in the Scripture and Tradition of the Church. We believe so as to understand. Jesus invited us to know the truth and to be free (John 8:32). So we constantly seek to know him, and we rejoice in our freedom.

At Saint Rita we offer numerous opportunities for spiritual growth for men and women of all ages and from all backgrounds. Use our website to explore the many ways in which you can get involved and grow in your faith. If we can help you in any way, don’t hesitate to contact us. We are here to serve you!

In Christ,
Joshua Whitfield

Director of Faith Formation and Education
