Children's Faith Formation

“Let the children come to me…”
-Mark 10:13

Jesus welcomed children, and so do we. At Saint Rita, we receive each child as a priceless gift from God. Children show us what it’s like to be a child of the kingdom of heaven. They show us the beauty and simplicity of trusting God. Children, for us, are signs of faith.

Thus, bringing our children up in the Catholic faith is a sacred obligation. Pope John Paul II said that bringing our children up in the faith “is a work of prime importance.” He said that teaching and forming our children “demands great love and profound respect for the child who has a right to a simple and true presentation of the Christian faith.” Our goal is to provide a safe and loving environment in which your child can meet Jesus and grow in love with him. We take up this task every day with zeal, love, and hope.

Our prayer is that we may serve you and your child as you both grow in the faith! Please use our website as a resource for what’s going on at Saint Rita. If you have any questions or comments, don’t hesitate to contact us!
