St. Rita Catholic Community is seeking a dedicated Assistant Director of Middle School Ministry to help guide faith formation of young people in our parish (grades 6-8) and guide students through their Confirmation journeys. This full-time position offers the opportunity to exercise leadership in strategic planning, develop engaging ministry content, and build relationships with students, families, and volunteers within a supportive Catholic community.
