The Sacrament of Marriage
Congratulations on your engagement! In order to celebrate the Sacrament of Marriage at St. Rita, the hopeful couple should be registered parishioners of St. Rita.
Both members of the engaged couple should review the Wedding Guidelines document (linked on the navigation bar under the DOCUMENTS heading.) The Wedding Guidelines document provides an overview of the process, information about marriage from a Catholic perspective, criteria for getting married in the Diocese of Dallas and at St. Rita, and how to start the process.
