How to stay in-the-know:
Join the St. Rita Mother’s Ministry Facebook Group
or sign up for our weekly emails.
We are a community of mothers seeking fellowship, encouragement and an enrichment of our Catholic faith as we balance the joys and demands of motherhood. All mothers welcome – from first-time moms
navigating the baby stage, moms in a school daze with their kids, moms riding out the turbulent teen years, and grandmothers with wisdom to share.
Please consider joining us to meet and connect with other moms in our parish. We have a wonderful community and would love to get you embedded in it!
First Sundays are Donut Sunday sponsored by the Mother's Ministry beginning in October. This has always been a great way for our ministry to serve the community (and incentivize our children during Mass!). We'll be sending out a volunteer signup for the year that you (and your children) could help with setup, passing out donuts or clean up.
On Second Wednesdays we will continue hosting Gospel, Songs and Lessons after the dinner at Wednesdays at St. Rita. This is for the whole family! We start with children's adoration in the Commons at 6:45pm and then intermix the day's readings with songs and a child-friendly lesson. After, families are welcome to play at the playground, weather permitting.
Meetings will now be hosted on various nights of the week. We all have various schedules and one night doesn't work for everyone. Watch for details in the bulletins or the weekly flocknote from the Parish.
